We ask that you adhere to the following club policies outlined below for a more pleasant experience during your visit. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Behavior and Conduct:

All members and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous and respectful manner towards staff and fellow patrons. Loud or disruptive behavior is not tolerated. Please note that profanity is prohibited.

We kindly ask that you only sit at the stations when receiving services to maintain the integrity of our vintage chairs. Additionally, please refrain from placing feet on couches and/or other furniture. 

Cell Phone Policy:

The use of mobile phones should be kept to a minimum to ensure a comfortable environment for everyone. Phone calls are restricted to the waiting area out of respect for our barbers, who are focused on providing the best possible experience for each member and guest. 

No Loitering:

We have implemented a strict no hanging out policy. We kindly ask that members and guests arrive promptly for their scheduled appointment and refrain from lingering in the club after their service is complete. This policy ensures a smooth flow and creates a peaceful environment for everyone.

Smoking:

Smoking and the use of E-Cigarettes and vapes is STRICTLY prohibited in the club. 

Service Etiquette:

1. Arrive to appointment 15 minutes early for check in.
2. Engage in polite conversation and maintain a friendly demeanor to enhance the overall experience for both yourself and your barber.
3. Refrain from talking to barbers while they are attending to other members and guests.
4. Members and guests should refrain from handling or tampering with the barbers’ tools and equipment without their permission.
