Late Policy

We kindly request members and guests to arrive 15 mins early for check-in. Arriving 10 minutes after scheduled service may require rescheduling, with late arrivals incurring a non-refundable charge. Promptness helps us stay on schedule. 

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
